Born and raised in the Caribbean island of Barbados, she moved to South Korea in 2021, where she obtained an MA in International Development and Cooperation from Ajou University. McKenzie is passionate about translating her experience in youth advocacy, entertainment journalism, cross-cultural exchange and social media management into a meaningful career in development justice. Outside of SFOC, she serves as a core team member of Caribbean youth mental health NGO Let's Unpack It.
