Job description
SFOC is seeking a Program Support Manager who can provide logistical support for its coal phase-out, renewable energy, and climate finance programs and assist the Finance Manager with organizational operations. The Program Support Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of SFOC’s activities and general operations.
Responsibilities:
Provide logistical support to coal phase-out, climate finance, and renewable energy programs, including the coordination of campaign events, seminars, letters, and other external communication
Assist in financial operations and procedures, managing general ledger, account payables, expenses, budgeting, and maintaining well-archived and accurate financial records
Ensure mandatory NPO administrative duties are carried out in a timely and meticulous manner
Provide support to HR administration and policies, including overseeing company compliance and suggesting improvements when required
Develop and maintain effective office systems
Assist in financial reporting to funders and partners, ensuring compliance with SFOC and donor regulations
Qualifications
Basic understanding of accounting systems and management
Good understanding of operational support
Responsibility regarding sensitive data and confidentiality
Strong communication skills with various stakeholders
Interest in building administrative skills with a non-profit is a plus
Proficiency in IT skills
Salary: Negotiable based on experience
