Juna Hwang
Program Officer
As part of the Green Steel Markets & Japan Steel Team, Juna focuses on driving changes on the steel-demand side by engaging with steel-consuming companies and relevant stakeholders, ultimately working to expand the green steel market. Before joining SFOC, Juna worked at the Global Green Growth Institute, where she supported the development of the GCF project pipeline to enhance access to finance and assisted in the elaboration of the GCF Concept Note. She holds a dual degree in Political Science and English Language and Literature from Konkuk University and obtained her master’s degree in International Cooperation at the Graduate School of International Studies, Seoul National University.
