Vivian heads SFOC’s International Engagement unit’s diplomacy and international climate relations programs. Prior to joining SFOC, Vivian worked at Danish and Swiss Embassies building commercial and public partnership programs with government authorities, research institutions and companies in Europe and Korea. She holds a master’s degree in global economy and strategy with a concentration in international trade, management and finance from Yonsei University and a bachelor’s degree in government and East Asian studies from Smith College.
