As strategy officer, Jessica leads strategic planning across SFOC’s programs. She brings public relations experience from her time at the Seoul Convention Bureau, a boutique communications firm in Washington, D.C., and on the White House Council on Environmental Quality policy outreach and public engagement team. While at Georgetown University, Jessica studied energy and environmental policy and worked on campus renewable energy projects recognized by the White House.
