사단법인 기후솔루션은 원 저자들의 동의를 얻어, LSE(런던 정경대학교) Grantham Research Institute가 발간한 “Global Trends in Climate Change Litigation: 2022 Snapshot”을 전체 국문 번역하였다. 본 보고서는 한국 법원에서 진행된 바로사 가처분 사건(2022) 등 최신 전세계 기후소송과 동향 분석이 망라되어 있는 보고서로, 국내 NGO 활동가, 언론 및 학계의 기후소송 이해 증진에 도움을 제공하고자 한다.
