Associate
Ka Hyoun Moon is responsible for tasks and research related to cooperation and the establishment of diplomatic networks at the subnational, national, and international levels in the International Climate Unit's Diplomacy Team. She particularly focuses on close collaboration with subnational governments. Ka Hyoun holds a BA in Political Science and International Studies from Yonsei University, as well as a Research MA in African Studies from Leiden University. Prior to joining SFOC, she coordinated and managed Africa-related ICT policy consultation projects at the Korea Information Society Development Institute (KISDI) in the Department of International Cooperation Research Division.
