Yumin Han is a researcher on the Shipping team, specializing in policy analysis and strategic recommendations to accelerate the decarbonization of the shipping industry. She focuses on integrating the outcomes of International Maritime Organization (IMO) negotiations into domestic and regional policies to drive a shift toward zero and near-zero emission fuels. Her work is dedicated to advancing the development of a green fuel supply chain in Asia and enabling a faster, more effective transition to sustainable maritime practices. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Integrated Studies of Culture from Ewha Womans University. Guided by a deep commitment to conservation, just transition, and human rights, she works to shape climate policy that upholds both environmental integrity and social equity.
