Hyogyeong Joo
As part of the Shipping team, Hyogyeong Joo focuses on research related to greenhouse gas reduction in the shipping sector. She studied maritime law and policy. Before joining SFOC, she worked on regulatory and policy analysis related to the digital transformation of the shipping industry, including domestic and international regulatory frameworks and international standardization.
