Rebecca Smith
Rebecca is an NGO specialist with over ten years of experience in the not-for-profit sector. Rebecca was previously Head of Strategic Operations at ODI Global, where they led initiatives to enhance organisational efficiency and impact. After graduating with a Masters degree from the University of Cambridge and briefly working in education, Rebecca began their career in the development sector at Street Child, a UK education in emergencies charity. Following this they served as the Africa Department Manager at Conciliation Resources where they worked for nearly five years, focusing on strategic development, monitoring and evaluation, comparative learning and gender mainstreaming in conflict resolution and peacebuilding initiatives across sub-Saharan Africa and prior to that, the Pacific and South-east Asia.
