Analyst
Chaejin Shin is a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Analyst in the Strategy Team, where she facilitates quarterly monitoring, supports the development of SFOC’s organizational impact framework, and produces analytical insights to inform strategic planning. She has experience at GGGI, UNIDO, and KOICA, where she contributed to strategy development, monitored project performance, and drafted key reports. Chaejin holds a B.A. in International Studies from Korea University and an M.A. in International Cooperation from Seoul National University.
