Daniella Cha is a Public Finance Associate within the Gas Team. Her work focusses on strategising and coordinating campaigns and advocacy work to steer South Korea away from fossil fuels and transition towards clean renewable energy. Before joining SFOC, Daniella was practicing as an English-Qualified Lawyer in London specialising in Commercial Litigation with a strong interest in ESG, and the intersection point between law and climate change. She established the ESG Development Group in her previous law firm. She holds degrees in LLB, LPC LLM and LLM from City University of London, BPP Law School, and Queen Mary University of London respectively. She also completed the Law and Sustainability course with Oxford University. Daniella is passionate about using her advocacy and litigating skills and energy towards the fight against the climate crisis
