Kiwon Kim is responsible for recruitment at the Talent Acquisition Team of Solutions for Our Climate (SFOC). Prior to joining SFOC, he accumulated over 20 years of experience in human resources, recruitment, and talent sourcing across a wide range of organizations. Through this experience, he has come to view recruitment not as a transactional headcount function, but as a core capability that connects organizational strategy with execution. Currently, he focuses on mission-driven hiring within an organization dedicated to addressing the climate crisis, with an emphasis on clearly defining role purpose and evaluating meaningful contribution. He works to ensure that each position is closely aligned with SFOC’s strategic priorities and long-term objectives, while building a high-density, mission-aligned talent pool. Guided by the belief that organizational change is ultimately driven by people, he continues to refine and advance SFOC’s recruitment practices.
