Yujung Shin leads climate litigation at SFOC. Before joining SFOC, she worked in the public sector, including the National Assembly and the Ministry of Justice, and also provided ESG-related legal services at a law firm while engaging in human rights advocacy in civil society. Drawing on her diverse legal expertise in addressing social issues, she views the climate crisis as a human rights crisis and hopes to protect the lives and livelihoods of the most vulnerable through climate litigation.
