Associate
Jinyoung Seong works to coordinate strategy and stakeholder mapping within the organization, primarily focusing on securing additional funding, coordinating stakeholders, and enhancing the internal communication pipeline within SFOC. She brings over five years of experience spanning the non-profit, public, and corporate sectors. Her non-profit career focused on humanitarian disaster response and advancing financial sustainability for localization projects in Africa. Additionally, she has corporate experience working at Hyundai, a development bank in the Netherlands, including developmental field projects in Cambodia and Africa. Jinyoung’s academic background and passion lie in sustainable governance, with a core focus on climate finance. She holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Political Science from Leiden University (Universiteit Leiden).
