Sumin Kim is a Researcher in the Food & Agriculture unit. Her role involves analysing and evaluating the feasibility of adopting sustainable protein production in Korea. Prior to joining SFOC, Sumin completed a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Government and International Relations and Bachelor of Laws at the University of Sydney. She subsequently held a position as a lawyer in New South Wales, Australia, at the Sydney office of an international law firm.
